The Snugpak Jungle Hammock is a versatile option for campers that want protection from insects without carrying a tent. The Jungle Hammock is equipped with a built-in mosquito net that is made with No-See-Um mesh to keep out mosquitos, gnats, and other insects so you can rest easy in the great outdoors. The mesh has 1,000 holes per square inch that allow air to pass through so you can enjoy a cool breeze without insects disturbing your sleep. The hammock is made with 20D polyester, a parachute nylon material, and can support up to 400 pounds. The hammock dimensions are 108 inches long and 53 inches wide to provide plenty of room for movement while you sleep. The Snugpak Jungle Hammock comes with a suspension attachment system that includes 4 pieces of 13 foot long elasticated guy ropes, 550 paracord ropes with spaced knots and tree protectors, and 2 steel carabiners. To set up the hammock, wrap the paracord around the desired trees and run the knotted end through the loop and attach the carabiner to the hammock. The guy lines will suspend the mosquito netting above the hammock so that it doesn’t rest on you, but rather above you for maximum air circulation. Exit the hammock through the horizontal zipper where the netting meets the hammock material. The Snugpak Jungle Hammock offers protection from insects without restricting your view or hindering the pleasure of a cool breeze at night.
